THE ART OF CELEBRATION

In 2007, I joined NEW PEOPLE Inc., a San Francisco-based Japanese creative agency specializing in film licensing and large-scale event production. For over a decade, I played a key role in producing a diverse array of unique cultural events. These ranged from grand openings and red carpet premieres to drag contests, art exhibitions, ramen and sake summits, and a world-class festival celebrating film, art, fashion, music, and food, which drew a crowd of 120,000 people in a single day. Building community through these experiences has been one of my most fulfilling creative endeavors. I continue to produce numerous events annually.
